Worse/horrible service ever

I ordered items that amount to R500, instead they delivered wrong items that are not even related to my order,out of 3 packages they only got one right which is a book,tried calling and everything they keep telling me stories,i just want my money that's all,they should just come take their products and give me a refund,been more than a week now they are mo longer taking my calls now.order no ***. I just wouldn't recommend anyone to use them,they used to be the best but now they're are no different from other businesses with the most horrible services.i just want my money back now or maybe if people stop any takealot driver with your parcels and close down your warehouse you will understand that people wnat what they paid for .
