Worse Treatment ever!

I bought a Skyworth 65inch TV from Takealot and still under warranty. The screen just went dead On Sunday 18th January 2026 and also have a Lan problem . I called them to notify about the issue. I was told to contact manufacturer. I did as requested but the manufacturer says I must tell Takealot to make a booking. No one is willing to assist between Skyworth and Takealot
