Worse Takealot service ever

Do not order a big item from Takealot. I am having the worse experience with them.

It seem like it is impossible for them to deliver a 4.5x2m Intex pool that is on special. Originally I ordered the item on Sunday for Monday delivery, don't receive package or communication, when I checked up on it, it show online it went to the wrong courier facility. I have to ask everyday for a update and if I don't nobody contact me back. Wednesday I get a email my account have been credited because I returned the item which I never did. Wednesday I reorder it for Thursday delivery and guess what, no package, no communication and when check online "package was delivered to the incorrect courier facility" AGAIN.

Is it impossible for Takealot to deliver any big packages?

I am even a Takealot more member. Soon the special is even over and I get nothing or need to pay full.

Oh and don't forget, they don't pay the money back into your bank account, they give you Takealot credit. What must I do with that of you not giving me my item on time.

I would suggest think twice before ordering any big items.
