Worse service from Takealot.com I've ever received.

Ordered dog food amongst other things on 23 November. They didn't have stock so I opted to wait have have them send it when they receive stock. After I called for an update, they informed me know that my order will be delivered by 1 December. After numerous emails and them recreating my order, I still haven't received it. I've also been on the phone for over 26minutes but no one is talking...
