Worse service ever from Takelot.

I ordered a smart watch as a christmas gift for my son on 13 December 2020 which was shown as in stock in Cape town. When the order was processed they notified me that it would be ticked and shipped on 28 December 2020. That is 15 days to ship an item in stock.

After numerous e-mails we received the item on 27 December and it does not work at all. I have been trying to get it returned but my requests are just ignored.

I have already logged a return but am being ignored by Takealot. They are eager to sell but very reluctant to assist with problems.

The worst service I have ever received from a company.

My advice, rather pay more at a reputable trustworthy company.
