Worse Service Ever

If there was a minus 10 I would have rather choose it, the service that I have received from takealot they should rather called it take down rather than takealot , a lot of what, they take your money and cant deliver and then canceled it with a notification that goes to spam. Great then you end up with call operator like Cynthia Kabeya that is totally clueless and obviously didn't pass her customer care exam makes you think takedown needs staff and is totally desperate for it. Oh and be aware they take to 5 to 7 days to return your money, so you getting *****ed without Vaseline . Amina Taliep what can I say just another supervisor and I thought they transfer me to a manager what a joke a bunch of clowns controlling a multi million rand industry you going to lose it to someone that can do it much better that s a guarantee start with a bang but you guys are heading for disaster good luck you just lost some customers.
