Worse service ever!

After waiting two weeks for my products, I received two pillows squeezed into one box, suited for only one pillow. Other pillow as flat as a pancake. Logged 4 returns, in two weeks, still not collected, with the reason, can't collect, but we have 24/7 people on the premises and receive daily packages from Takealot? Still struggling to collect and then another two weeks for conclusion, another two weeks for new product, in the end more than eight weeks, just because the packing department did not do it right the first place and the collections, no words for them......and who has to wait and struggle....the client.... Worse service ever!!!
