Worse service ever and never buying from you or my family

I made an order at take alot. Unfortunately my phone recently had speaker issues. The delivery person with contact number *** calls, so because we won't be able to hear each other I send him a text informing him that my speaker is not functioning please text. At this point I was not aware that it's takealot I was just responding to a call. He sends me a text "hey it's TAKEALOT calling. Do you wanna get your parcel or not?". What kind of service provider speaks to their clients like that. We buy from takealot every week. We'll you have lost clients. I will never recommend anyone as I hate people who don't respect clients as I am also a service provider.
