Worse service ever !

I am absolutely fuming with Takealot, I have never received such disgusting service before, this being my first time making use of them, i most certainly will not ever again, and strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND!. My order was re scheduled for delivery on Monday the 20th, with no notification or anything the driver apparently delivered the order on Saturday the 18th (SHOCKED FACE!) who the order was delivered to? HEAVEN ONLY KNOWS! as it wasn't me! i have spoken to 5 different agents, spent over R200 airtime(which they best refund me) all promising to get this sorted, and I'm still awaiting responses from each and every one of them. nobody bothers to reply to the emails to tell me what is going on, this is by far the most disgusting service ever!
