Worse service ever

I am a regular customer of this company. But I have had he worse experience with them ever. I bought a mattress by them that came in vacuum sealed. I returned it coz it was it as advertised but I wrapped it in plastic as I couldn't return it the same it came. It was declined on bases there was no feedback from me. Yeti was in contact with their call center almost daily. it was delivered to my house without prior notice. I was told to return it again. To them. Which I did. Decline again. This time because it's damaged. Where and how? I've spoken and emailed numerous agents. All saying it was escalated. One even said it shows I'll be refund on her side. Now the mattress was delivered to my house again without notice. How is this possible if I kept getting the run around
