Worse service ever!!!!!

I am not sure if take a lot has undergone managment changes, lately I am very unhappy with Take a lot. Order for next day delivery as per the promo on the app just for the order to be cancelled due to a system error. Promises that my order will be recapture yet now I sit with a credit and no feedback if I am getting my parcel or not. I am super annoyed........
