Worse service ever
A while back we ordered a birthday present to be delivered at my work. After a week of sms saying the delivery would be delivered today. The day before the little girls birthday I phone [URL Removed] to try sort this out as well as my wife did. It took 8 hours to to get them to deliver it after hours because of numerous errors they made. Not one person could do there job properly or even cared, it was an uphill battle to get it sorted. We haven't tried using Takealot again after that horrible service. If you get from Takealot try specify that they must use Mr Delivery anything else is useless. Maybe one day see to use them again, never had issues before but the level of don't care attitude wont make want to use them easily again
