Worse service ever

<p>i have placed an order with Takealot ensuring I pick items that will be delivered before Christmas as their website indicates when the items will be delivered. After placing the order I have also received an email saying that they guarantee delivery by 23rd December. I have received a SMS saying the delivery is delayed and I will only receive my order after Christmas! I have ordered Christmas gifts and deocrations which really doesn't help me I have contacting them so many times and have had no response from them whatsoever! I have spent money on these items now I need to go buy them in store which will cost more money! </p>
