Worse purchase experience

I have had the worse experience ever with Takealot. They make it seem so easy to buy stuff through them and they mess up your order, inconvene you as the customer and then their delivery company has a bad attitude as well both my purchases was delivered on days different to the sms i received from takelalot this resulted in my items being missing, i have to struggle to get hold of someone to attend to my queries their app does not make provision to reschedule your delivery this is insane. I will go out of my way from today onwards to continue sharing my experience about takealot by WOM and motivate people to avoid Takealot because i have noticed more reviews on here is giving bad reviews about takealot
