Worse online shopping experience ever,Wrong order delivered

I’m extremely disappointed with my order, I placed an order on the 25 November which was delivered yesterday on the 11th December, I was so shocked to see that they didn’t send what I ordered, they decided to send what they wanted, something that I will never buy or even accept for free, what is sad is that they didn’t even bother to discuss with me and advise that they don’t have stock, they decided that it would be best to surprise me and go through their lengthy return process now I don’t have shoes to wear to a wedding on Saturday and they don’t have stock. Now I need to accept their sorry for the inconvenience which is not enough cos I don’t have shoes to wear. Worse online shopping experience ever. The shoes were on my wish list for almost a year coz I was waiting for price drop, was so happy to see them being on special, can you imagine my disappointment when I opened the box to see what they sent, yeerr.
