Worse delivery service of note

Ordered, got confirmation that delivery would be done before 5pm yesterday... Ended up staying at work till 6:30pm hoping that I'd get a call to update me on the status. Only later at night I get a text stating that they couldn't deliver as they couldn't locate the address (forgetting that I've received stuff at the work address before). Now they delay me even further saying that they'll only deliver tomorrow instead of today. Ordering is easy at takealot but getting your goods is a hell of a mission... Think I'll stay away from ordering by them again.
