Worse Customer Service From Takealot

I've ordered my sons birthday present as well as a aircon from takealot - standard delivery date was Thursday 6th February 2025. Nothing arrived, I've been calling and email I was told hey rescheduled for Friday 7th February. I've called atleast 15 times. No one can give an answer as to where or what's happened. Zero communication from takealot. This has happened 2 previous times. At a point takealot was very efficient and we had no issues since last year I have no words. My son leaves back overseas tomorrow and his gift hasn't arrived 😢 but unfortunately there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DECENCY IN THIS COUNTRY!!!
