Worse customer service ever! Deserves no stars!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My account got deducted for takealot more even when i canceled. Customer service told me they can't see it ever being canceled but i canceled before the new date. Now they wont refund me. The guy on the phone was extremely ****y and arrogant and basically told me he wont refund me even though i tried canceling again immediately after i saw them debiting my account. I will never buy from this pathetic company again and i will urge everyone i know to not buy from them.
