Worse customer service ever

I have no words or comment on the exsperience I have been dealing with can you believe that I didn't even get a response on my last hello Peter complaint. It's so pathetic a week after that just a sms bang not a reply to my hello Peter complaint or nothing. And to top the cookie when the delivery got here. Items broken and one item not even there had to go on their website to see that client was out of stock. Up untill today I wasn't even refunded yet. I requested today again for them to refund my 3 items and give me a voucher as compansation. Their policy sucks.however if this is not sorted today I am taking them to the ombudsman I have all the proof.
