Worse customer service ever!!!!

My husband has a pending query with takelot for 3 weeks already. He has spent almost 150m minutes on calls with the *********** call center agents. We have requested for a manager to call us back however to date we have not received any response as per the call center agents they are working from home and there is no supervisor or manager available. The agents then put you on hold and drop the call. This is an on going query where TAKEALOT was at fault!!!
