Worse Customer Service!!!!!

Bought a plastic item on Takealot, the product was faulty when I received it. I tried to log a refund but it was declined as the agent from Takealot said that I used force, I tried explaining to the agent that this was untrue and that it was like this, they did not care of what I had to say and just send the item back to me. Takealot did not even inform me!!!’ I was the one that kept on calling and calling them, I also asked for a manager to contact me but still waiting. I was not @ home to receive the item, the agent informed the driver to knock on my neighbours door to accept on my behalf without me knowing anything. My neighbor informed me that Takealot was knocking on his front door to pass on my order!!!!! This is so insane never have I ever experienced such disappointment & disgusting customer service. They just wanted to get rid of me!!!
