Worse customer service

Its been three weeks that I am trying to resolve an issue with Takealot, cancelled the order. Every time there is a different story given by management and staff. No one has the same story. Ria is the worst consultant to deal with along with Temba. Makes promises and doesn't deliver. Jesse's manager is so bad that I really don't know how she is a supervior, she herself has no customer service how would the staff follow. I asked for my refund on the account they said once in stock the item will be refunded to the same account debited. Call this morning is a different story, how do you deal with ppl this. Its sad that they only worry abt taking your money and don't worry abt customer service. After me cancelling the order the stuff was still delivered to my home and instructions given many times. Even on the parcel it stated that I have cancelled
