worse costomer service ever

I ordered items from Takealot (as I do every month!) HP912 ink. 26/01/2023 I paid for order *** through payfast R1815,00 was debited from my account and the system took long to acknowledge the payment and the order not paid for. from the 26th till today I am on a call daily with Takealot trying to sort this issue I am being sent from pillar to post between them and payfast and it takes the over 10min to answer a call if they do you'll hear the sorting out their personal matters while your airtime is being depleted. I cannot believe such incompetency from them.
