Worse client service ever! Returns are terrible

I am so upset! I returned a broken item. It took 13 days before they could find all my accessories and process my return. They asked me to pick up my order in CAPE TOWN when I live in Joburg! And after sending multiple emails they returned my same BROKEN product!!!!! I will never buy from takealot ever again! I will buy straight from the supplier! This is ridiculous. I tried so hard to be patient and nice but this is so terrible. Did you honestly think I wouldn't notice that you sent me the same broken product???
