Wors don't care service ever.

Worst experience ever. Order dog food with them for same day delivery, paid the extra delivery fee. If normal delivery would have been for free. When I followed up on the delivery, they advice me that my order won't be delivered same day as I placed my order at 05h01 in the morning and not 5h00. When they delivered it the next day I received a Moka express and not my dog food.

After phoning them and several emails you must just submit to their rules. They have to book a collection and then I have to wait 2 to 3 days for them to inspect it and refund me or deliver the product. So something that was urgent will take me a week, because of their perfect system. Don't care what your needs are, you will submit to their rules.
