Worms in my rice

So less than a month ago I bought a 5kg Akila rice from takealot. When the item was delivered it was dusty and I didnt think anything by that. This wouldve been my 3rd time using it and there was worms inside my raw rice. An essential item thats suppose to last months. I have reached out to them and was only asked for my order number, in which I responded with it but didnt get any other correspondence but got a survey from the agent. My issue was not resolved. I have now log 3 other querys and not even one response to the email nor from the agent and no response. IM SO SO DISGUSTED THAT THIS IS THE SERVICE I RECEIVED LET ALONE AN OLD ITEM.I DONT THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO CONSUME RICE AGAIN. ALSO TAKEALOT SHOULD NOT BE SELLING FOOD ESSENTIALS IF YOU SELLING OLD THINGS TO CUSTOMER!!!!!
