Won’t exchange an incorrectly delivered product.

I bought a black mixer tap for a new bathroom that I am having built. The interior designer opened the box and immediately saw that the tap was incorrect. It was not per picture and description on the website. I took the box and dropped it off for an exchange. Then I get an email from takealot saying they won’t refund or exchange for me! There was NOTHING wrong with the product when I returned it and the packaging was all there. It is corporate abuse. They are an online company so where do I go for help? Poor service! I don’t have money to buy another tap without doing an exchange. They are ****s and ******s!
