Wonderful communication and service

I've had quite a great experience with them, their communication throughout until your order is delivered is impeccable. Their returns process as well is quite quick which I truly appreciated when I had ordered the wrong model of a specific product, they collected the return and credited back the money I had purchased it with so I can order the correct size and model. Communication goes a long way and Takealot has continuously delivered on it. Not to mention the great customer service I receive from their drivers on every delivery.
