Wonderboom Junction pick up point

Pretoria North (Wonderboom Junction) pick up point is absolute useless! I was there a few times now, two of these instances I needed to call someone to help me as no one was in front at the desk. The third time I wanted to return something, opening times are 11:00 on weekends. Stood there in the que with 10 more people, no one there to open. It has been 10 minutes now and still nothing!?!
