Won't Return my money for undelivered goods

<p>First they failed to reach their delivery date, after alot of phone calls and emails eventually cancelled the order, but now no one can help me to get my refund. Everybody at Takealot just keeps on saying they will come back to me, but no one does. They are absolutely terrible!!!</p>
