WITH REGARDS TO: CANCELLATION OF ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY

I'm trying to cancel an order before it gets delivered. This option is not available via Takealot once payment has been made. They only advise that the purchased goods can be returned once it gets delivered.

This does not make sense to me, why not be able to cancel the order before it gets delivered. This will save time and money for both parties.

I'm trying to get an answer out of a Takealot representative with no luck. I hope is possible to get some feedback using this platform to raise my issue.
