***** with deliveries

This is my first time using takealot. I think its time people speak out because i am sure im not the first one just the first one that speaks out.

I ordered from them and said estimated delivery date is the 19th of june. So the 19th i went on to the site to see wherey parcel is so that i can call and explain what house as there is no number on the gate anymore. Just to see that the package was delivered the 18th and signed by me after 12. The 18th there was no one home until 17:30 so how can they claim i signed for it. I phoned the 19th amd they said they will sort out its now the 20th still not sorted and no package received. This is ***** saying they delivered and never did if you facebook them they couldn't care less and does not get back to you. This is not what a person pays for. They want to send mails to sort things out instead of phoning the people. This is really very bad service and i am sure i not the only one. Now they have my money and i jave nothing to show for it except for a driver that keeps claiming its delivered to me. You are more then welcome to come and show me my package and show me where i signed because i haven't. They want time to sort it out how much time as it was reported 12:40 on the 19th. Where is the customer service where is the parcel a person pays for? Now do i get a parcel that is recollected and used as i paid for a new thing now do i have to settle for a opened used thing because the courier *****ed up? I have asked all the neighbors and no one saw a courier here. This is unacceptable.
