I sent a product back because it was not working. They collected and then told me the return was denied and parcel will be sent back. I have asked numerous times when it will be delivered back as i need the product to do my work and they just don't answer.

Tumiso.L is the person that mailed me to say denied and will be delivered. No communication on my responses.

Tried calling and there is an automated voice saying " office hours 07:00 - 18:00 and call drops. I have been calling since 07:20am.

If my parcel isn't delivered TOMORROW will have to resort to getting lawyers involved as i paid a lot of money for this tablet.

Call a client back ...

Very unsatisfied with this service.
