#WIN Takealot.com Service

Order placed and paid for by 28th August and parcel delivery Monday 30th. I don't like that they cannot accommodate a specific delivery time but I requested delivery prior to the allocated time and they obliged despite saying that they do not have control of the courier delivery times. I think they need to assist customers in this regard especially if they are not available around their specified time. I'm impressed so it's a #WIN for me.
