Willing to sell damaged items but not assist in getting it fixed

<p>So i buy the Raidmax Vortex 402 V4 computer case and I see these dents near the rear which causes the side panel to not sit correctly.<br />I called last night at 21:15 and the agent did not want to help me find an alternative.</p> <p>I called again this afternoon and the call centre agent tells me that the item is out of stock and that I must return the item but I told her that I have delicate computer components inside and I can't just leave them laying around as they could get damaged and this agent tells me that she cannot assist becuase her team leader is in a meeting and once again I get no reference number.<br /><br />I then try twitter and get told that they cannot help me<br /><br />Avoid takealot as much as you can because they will sell broken items to you but not assist you when trying to return the item<br /><br />I am now stuck with a broken computer case because I can't get a replacement and takealot is not willing to find an alternative but they are very happy WITH TAKING MY MONEY</p>
