Will takealot return my noteback

I ordered a laptop and when it was delivered I opened it and found out I do like it so I returned unfortunately for me the policy says they can only accept goods that are not opened so they can't exchange it OK i understood as it's not their fault that I did not read their policy properly

I accepted the outcome and asked if the laptop be returned to as I have paid for it and I won't receive any refund. It's been more two weeks my laptop has not been returned. I have called their customer care and wrote emails. I still haven't received any clear as to why my laptop has not been returned to me. They only thing I was told it is that they will escalate and come to me but I still haven't received any communication. I write as a frustrated customer cause i need to use the laptop hence I bought and I am worried if I am ever going to get it back
