Will not be using this service ever again. Highly do not recommend

I had placed an order on 12 June 2023 and selected the option for a next day delivery. On the 13th, I awaited to receive a message about my delivery and constantly checked the app, it was never shipped and at 17:00 all of a sudden the delivery date changed to 30 June, 17 days later the the paid for date, this is unfair and absurd. I used the call centre and was met with disappointment that it was deactivated and had to use an email and wait 72 hours for a reply. This is terrible customer service. I am greatly disappointed and will not be using this service ever again.
