Will not be giving my business to Takealot anymore

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A20 from Takealot and waited to receive the phone and on the day stated it would be ready i got nothing and no proper communication regarding my phone. Still on my account it says order delayed, i contacted Takealot regarding my order and was told my parcel went missing/damaged in transit and i cannot get a replacement as the supplier now doesn't have stock. Then i placed another order for a Phone Cover and received the complete wrong cover, i returned item and then was told that there is now no stock for the cover i originally ordered. I also tried to order a TV and put my ID for the TV License Verification and told that i don't have one. This is terrible service and i will not be placing any more orders with Takelot
