will never use take alot AGAIN

I am a good and regular customer of take a lot I do my monthly buying for my baby as the delivery is usually very good and the products are of excellent quality, BUT NO MORE!!!<br> I PLACED AN ORDER ON TUESDAY MORNING with am email response saying delivery will be DONE BY THURSDAY, I normally get it the next day but Thursday day was fine with me. When I contacted take a lot they said the delivery service came to my office and no one was there that was excuse no one which was a lie they said they arrived at 8:17 am when I have staff here from 5am, the second excuse was that they didn't know the company name this makes no sense cause I order monthly and have no have this problem before, I normally get a call before delivery but did not this time, than I get promised I will get my order by 9am latest Friday and this was not done.<br> When my order eventually arrives it just gets dropped off at reception and the guy leaves with out me signing for the order or checking it!!! when I check my order the huggies packed is torn the bottles I ordered are incorrect and one of the bottles are scratched badly and the bottles look old!!!<br> this is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! <br> WORLD CLASS SHOPPING-*******
