Will never use or recommend Takealot again

Bought a Snuza Pico y monitor from Takealot. Was sent a USED device that was returned by the previous customer. There is a returns sticker and reference number on the box, seals are broken and there is even a child's name written ON THE DEVICE.

How on earth is this acceptable?? I paid full price for a NEW device only go be sent a second hand, returned device.

I have pictures of everything.

SICK!

And this after my order was not delivered on the same day although I paid for guaranteed same day delivery.
