Will never shop at takealot.com again. Not quality products... Disappointed!

I received my massage pillow today in no takealot box, item was in the original product box which looks old. I when I picked unit up I hear noises like loose elements in to find that the plastic parts inside which massages is broken.

I'm so disappointed, I assumed that this was a reputation site therefore I ordered but will rather advise anyone to buy from a shop instead of this site as the site do not offer quality products.
