I placed an order, to see that i wanted to add and replace a few items

calling the customer service not even 3 mins after placing the order, they BLATANTLY REFUSE TO put a credit refund through.

*** IS THE POINT OF YOUR SYSTEM IF YOU CAN'T LOG INTO IT AND FKIGN MAKE USE OF IT!

Not a care in the world. they tell me i must now wait for a week for it to be delivered, THEN i must send it back and ONLY THEN get a refund.

You still have the product in your warehouse. The courier hasn't collected it and now you tell me this must all FIRST happen for no reason what's so every.
