Why use UTi when they dont deliver on time?
This is the second time now that UTi is not delivering when they should. Waited the whole day yesterday for my order as the text notification indicated it will be delivered that day. now they phone? and no one is home.<br> <br> This, amongst major stuff ups with deliveries and poor communication since December, is getting ridiculous.
