Why the wait?

I ordered and paid for a product the day before yesterday. According to their website, it is in stock in Johannesburg. It still has not even been despatched! I want to cancel the order and get a refund but they say I have to first wait for delivery!

I want to purchase the item from another shop, now I'm forced to wait for them to ,one day, despatch my order!!!!
