Why Takealot doesn't even deserve 1 star

<p>On January 13 of this year I placed an order for 2 expensive items from Takealot . </p> <p>The order and payment was confirmed and was due for delivery on January 20th . </p> <p>It is now February 9th and I'm still waiting for the order to be delivered and some form of communication from Takealot explaining why the order hasn't been delivered and when it will be delivered . </p> <p>No e-mail , no phone call , just silence from Takealot </p> <p>5 phone calls later all I'm told is that the order was mysteriously cancelled but no-one knows why . </p> <p>Doesn't that give one confidence in Takealot ! </p> <p>Seemingly the cancelling of the order is being investigated - that's the answer I've been given 5 times now . </p> <p>How complicated can it possibly be to establish the answer to that question I have to ask . </p> <p>Ive made 5 phone calls .</p> <p>I still have no answers to my query . </p> <p>I have received nothing in the form of communication from Takealot. </p> <p>Takealot is sitting with my money and I am sitting with nothing . </p> <p>Come on Takealot , this is disgusting service !!</p>
