Why oh why is FNB using ****ty takealot services to delivery cards?!?!?!

I'm still waiting for Takealot to deliver my FNB credit cards and they have not even attempted once to call me again after the one time they called and the phone only rang once. I have been calling their FNB credit card delivery department daily and still get stuck in 30 mins queues where after that the call just drops.

It's been almost 3 weeks now and still nothing and my card expires in less than a week.
