WHY MAKE US PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF IT'S NOT COMING THE NEXT DAY!?!

I ordered from Takealot yesterday, needed something in a pinch & got the one item I needed stating that there was stock AVAILABLE in DURBAN. I PAID for NEXT DAY DELIVERY (which is only available is stock is verified as being available).

Waited for my order to arrive, only to check the app & see my order was pushed back (in the middle of the day) for 3 DAYS LATER. No email, no sms, no communication at all. I called one of the only working numbers, only to be told that they didn't update their system & that my item would be coming from CAPE TOWN.

I was then told that they would contact me today to let me know what's happening. No one has gotten back to me.

Normally I would be understanding but I specifically only ordered one item that showed was available in stock at Durban so I could get it the next day. Had I known, then I would've purchased the rest of the stuff in my cart as I would have had to wait anyways.
