Why is it impossible to contact takealot ?

Extremely frustrated . Can’t contact takealot . I purchased a fridge , it was damaged and the freezer door didn’t seal . I logged a return , takealot collected , they had the fridge for two weeks . They have delivered a more damaged fridge and the freezer door doesn’t seal . It is impossible to contact takealot a lot . I can’t log another return because on the system it still shows that it is returned and not delivered .
