Why I'm a TAKEAHOLIC!!
Every time I think I have Takealot in a tight spot, they just don't seem to stop and AMAZE me!<br> <br> A HUGE thank you for your extraordinary service standards. During the past year I probably placed some 30 to 40 orders. Typically South African, everything is urgent (sometimes valid, sometimes we are just used to no response with some Suppliers).<br> <br> I don't know the details of the resolution, but ordered a portable DVD drive to be delivered yesterday. In the morning I noticed through the tracking that it is presumably still in JHB. On inquiry, I received a call from your carrier and questioned whether I am prepared to receive my parcel before 20h00 last night. It was delivered around 20h05??! (Must have been through Same Day Service?)<br> <br> I read the Complaints others have with Takealot. Maybe I'm just lucky but I really experience and appreciate the outstanding service, communication and effectiveness from Takealot. So much so that I am and addicted Takeaholic!<br> <br> THANKS GUYS & GIRLS!! From the CEO to the driver! You all ROCK!!
