Why do you use unreliable couriers?

The courier you are using called Fast and Furious is completely useless. Takealot decides which courier company to use and if this results in unhappy customers then you are part to blame. I have not received my goods, it has not been returned to you and hence I cannot get a refund. The replacement item is just missing in action since 26 November 2020.

Please note that I am not prepared to order from Takealot if it is such a hassle and so upsetting, the experience is horrible.

Question I'd like you to reply on: Is this a courier you use on a permanent basis, or just over the festive season / during black Friday due to the high amount of sales?

Many businesses are selling online - please don't think you are special. We can buy elsewhere if you are careless about delivery and the couriers you use.
